Brown Squirrel Sculpture

This striking sculpture by Vincenzo Romanelli captures a brown squirrel in movement as it scurries up a tree. Vincenzo modeled the squirrel in clay after observing them in the natural surrounding around his Tuscan home. The patina and texture reflect the true colorings and form of this agile animal. Cats in bronze following the traditional lost wax casting method at the Florentine foundry, this piece is one of a limited edition of twelve, each signed, numbered and dated.
