Coppa Medicea Briarwood Vase

This is an elegant urn by Florentine wood carver Castorina. The piece is entirely handcrafted, creating the wood structure that is then covered with briar wood and polished to a brilliant finish using the traditional technique of Ferrara. The vase features a removable cover on the top and can, thus, be used for various purposes.
