Gallo Sculpture

Part of a two sculpture series that recreates traditional symbols of Southern Italian culture, this sculpture represents the Sicilian puppet of the rooster ("gallo" in Italian). A symbol of happiness and joy, this aluminum rooster head is painted in vivid and colorful hues.
