Inside Out Sculpture

A singular work of art created in 2007, this magnificent sculpture symbolizes an introspective journey through inner reality and outer appearance, through being and appearing. Resting on a fire-resistant earthenware base, it features a ceramic mask uniquely decorated with a fascinating silver mirrored enamel on the outside, and an ivory enamel on the inside, creating an ethereal combination of shades and shadows which symbolize a distorted self-image.
