The naturalistic image of pebbles ("sassi" in Italian) smoothed by a river inspired the delicate texture of this refined side table's rectangular top with bevelled edges. The asymmetrical base in bronze-finished brass features legs with an elliptical section linked to the glossy, lead gray-lacquered MDF through a thin metal layer lacquered in orange that plays a crucial structural function.
