Micheluzzi Glass is a collection of vases and glassware designed by sisters Elena and Margherita Micheluzzi. Daughters of Venetian glass artist Massimo Micheluzzi, the two sisters are continuing the family tradition by developing a new line focused on glass homeware. The fascination with their father’s work and the strong bond with their native city inspired the two sisters to experiment first hand with this ancient craftsmanship and its infinite creative possibilities.
Crafted in Murano, the island of glass in the Venetian lagoon, each piece of their collection is blown, shaped and finished by hand combining traditional techniques with a modern and personal vision.
Inspired by the shades and hues of the Venetian canals, vases and glasses created by Elena and Margherita are defined by vibrant and faceted surfaces as well as iridescent sheens which play with the visual and tactile perception of glass.
