Our story has its roots back in 1987, when Feltrin Lino and Antonio Piva founded the company in Fanzolo di Vedelago, not far from Venice. Since then, innovation has been our credo, and we have dedicated our efforts to creating lamps with exclusive designs and different shapes.

Our specialty is custom manufacturing, which allows us to create unique lamps in virtually every shape and size imaginable. The beating heart of our company resides in our state-of-the-art engineering department, where advanced metalworking skills and the use of modern manufacturing methods combine to materialize complex designs with attention to detail. Being synonymous with the Made in Italy of high quality and original design is what we aspire to every day.

Since the untimely death of Antonio Piva in 2012 Cristian Feltrin, the sole Designer and current artistic director of the IDL factory has engaged in a constant search for new ideas and innovative materials. This relentless pursuit is at the heart of our company, driven by the desire to meet the growing demand for one-of-a-kind products. Every lamp that leaves our factory carries with it the imprint of quality and authenticity. Each of our products undergoes scrupulous quality testing, and when you see the "IDL" mark on it, you can be sure that you are buying an original work, completely conceived and produced in Italy. Our attention to detail goes beyond design, extending to the high-quality metal finishes that make our lamps suitable even for wet environments, ensuring durability and strength.

IDL's product range is diverse and embraces multiple styles. From collections characterized by refined designs, soft and elegant lines with carefully selected details, to expensive metal finishes, handcrafted details, fine Murano glass, and collections with simple and rigorous shapes. The latter feature clean lines combined with exemplary rationality and functionality.

With over 30 years of experience and the support of our competent technical staff, we distinguish ourselves in the design, development and manufacture of custom lighting fixtures. About half of our production is devoted to unconventional models, demonstrating our flexibility and ability to adapt to our customers' specific needs.
