​Designing for hotel restaurants and bistros, today, means designing an entire experience both for the palate and the eyes, integrating the curate cuisine of the space with a communal yet private space. From the initial choices of creating a visual repetition of tables and dining ensembles or unique juxtapositions in every corner to the perfect lighting solution, these lunch and dinner spots have increasingly gained importance in the project to ensure a continuative feelings with the rest of the hotel and hospitality locations, such as the entrance and the private rooms.
