Inspired by the kinetic and abstract art of American sculptor Alexander Calder, Marco Ripa has created the extensive Chiodo Collection of pieces sharing the same shape but different dimensions and functions. This stool is crafted of black, hand-welded iron and makes a charming and functional deckchair both indoor and outdoor. It can also be used as a bedside or living room table, and can be combined with the Chiodo 7 table together with Chiodo 4 and Chiodo 6. Available also in white, the indoor version is spray-painted and the outdoor variant is galvanized and powder-coated upon request.
