This simple and elegant sideboard by Toyo Ito is enriched with a striking jewelry drawer made of five types of wood (mahogany, oak, cherry, walnut, and ash), that echoes the look of the Ripples Bench. The frame, doors and other six drawers are made of red-lacquered MDF. Complete with internal shelves of transparent tempered glass, self-locking slide runners and anodized aluminum sides, this piece is raised on minimal ABS feet (2 cm height) that can be replaced by a metal base of 16 or 32 cm height on request.

Each carpet from Nodus will be a unique piece, entirely made by hand. The result is a collection of carpets that outlines a new horizon of shapes and colours, a collection that unhinges borders and goes beyond the hand of reason. The spirit of the carpets is captured in dynamic and organic forms, like putting together a puzzle, assuming irregular profiles or taking inspiration from contemporary and everyday products such as fabrics, tablecloths, books and maps.
