Green Square Florentine Box

Used to store jewelry on a bedroom dresser, keepsakes on a living room coffee table, or stationary on an office desk, this elegant box will add glamour and function to any room. Fashioned of repurposed wood using traditional crafting techniques, the square silhouette is hand-painted in a white acrylic tempera with a marbled texture in the "encausto veneziano" style. The lid has a stylized flower motif with red petals framed by a green circle and a matching green edge. It is painted with natural pigments and finished with a protective beeswax coating.
