Hercules Farnese Sculpture

This sculpture is a fragmented copy of the Farnese Hercules that dates back to the early third century AD and is housed in the National Archeological Museum of Napoli. The handmade piece is placed on a rough pedestal creating a fine contrast with the well-defined musculature of the body.
