Kazimir Screen Type A Geometric Pattern

Elegant in its simplicity, this screen created by designer Julia Dozsa is an experiment in three dimensions. Marked by a tapered silhouette with a narrow base and rounded corners, this dual-panel screen subverts traditional screen design with its abstract charm. The asymmetric screen panels have a wooden frame covered with a jersey fabric, half in pine green and half in black with red and white geometric forms inspired by Kazimir Malevich's paintings. Two magnets covered by brass rings connect the panels while the semi-oval corten steel base with rust-like finish supports the entire piece. This piece is a prototype handcrafted and signed by the designer and is immediately available for order.
