Secondo Fuoco Bookends

The aesthetic of imperfection is the main inspiration behind the Secondo Fuoco Collection of sculptural objects made of slag recast in second firing, characterized by an interplay of formal shapes and dynamic surfaces. Made using direct casting, this set of two bookends feature a polished bronze surface and raw exterior, each displaying its own singularity. Small imperfections reveal its handcrafted construction, so no two pieces will be exactly alike.
