Part of the "Visione Di Città Future" Collection of singular tapestries handcrafted by textile artist Marta Pederzoli and depicting dystopian, artistic scenarios, this design is weft from fibers of recycled PET bottles to raise awareness about where the Earth is heading as a result of human actions. Luminous yellow segments emerge from a black background and visually complement the whimsical profile of a stylized door, the total lack of human life offers interesting food for thought.

Ennio Nonni
Emilia-Romagna, Italy | Artist
Urban planner, architect, and designer Ennio Nonni was born in Faenza in 1954 where he directed urban design projects for over 30 years. Nonni cultivated his passion for design through his minimal and colorful vases and sculptures characterized by the "faience", glazed ceramic earthenware, combined with themes of futuristic cities, enigmatic but not unlikely architectural fantasies. In addition to his artistic pursuits, Nonni directed two museums (MAP Institute and MUS.T) and introduced incentives for green construction, “biourbanism”, and contemporary art projects in 2019.Discover more
