Design in Motion: EDIT Napoli 2025 Between Heritage and Innovation

The seventh edition of EDIT Napoli transforms Naples into a vibrant stage where history, creativity, and independent design converge. From 10 to 12 October 2025, La Santissima and the Vomero National Museums Complex will host international exhibitors, CULT projects, and visionary installations that redefine the dialogue between city, architecture, and design. Movement becomes the guiding principle of this edition, reflecting a living, evolving approach to contemporary creativity.

Naples is a city where every street whispers stories of the past, yet pulsates with contemporary vitality. This October, EDIT Napoli embraces this duality, presenting its seventh edition as a living, dynamic platform for independent and editorial design. From the 10th to 12th, with a press preview on the 9th, the fair will invite visitors to explore the city through new lenses, blending historical heritage with experimental creativity.

EDIT NAPOLI
OCTOBER 10–12, 2025
NAPLES, Italy

EDIT Napoli 2025 unfolds within the evocative spaces of La Santissima, a former monastery renowned for its frescoed vaults, and the prestigious venues of the Vomero National Museums Complex—Castel Sant’Elmo, Certosa di San Martino, and Villa Floridiana. These historic sites serve as the backdrop for the CULT projects of this edition, reflecting the fair's commitment to rethinking design as a constantly evolving experience.

Movement becomes the key element of the event, weaving together architectural heritage and contemporary innovation in a living dialogue between the city's landmarks and today's design scene.

Our distinctive trait is a narrative capable of intertwining historic places and contemporary creativity, generating constant growth.

Domitilla Dardi, Curator and Co-Founder

At the heart of the event are the works presented by numerous exhibitors, from independent studios to emerging collectible design brands, as well as manufacturing companies and contemporary artisans from Italy and abroad. Among the confirmed participants are last year's winners, along with long-standing collaborators of EDIT and many new entries that will further enrich the fair's ever-evolving landscape.

A high-profile international jury will once again award the best unpublished project, celebrating works that embody EDIT Napoli’s values: well-conceived design, respect for cultural heritage, and a well-calibrated price point.

The ancient frescoed vaults of La Santissima, once one of the largest monasteries in Europe, now embrace contemporary creativity and become a hub of innovation thanks also to the redevelopment project supported by Urban Value. Founded by a noblewoman who defied an arranged marriage to pursue her calling, La Santissima rises between the Quartieri Spagnoli and Montesanto. Its central location embodies EDIT Napoli’s focus on connection, linking the upper and lower parts of the city.

This play of perspectives defines the spirit of EDIT Napoli’s seventh edition, offering a fresh perspective on the city and its design scene.
