The newly opened Róisín Lafferty Gallery in Dublin offers an immersive journey into a world where design, art, and interiors converge. Showcasing the designer’s own collections alongside Artemest’s curated pieces, rare vintage treasures, and works by international artisans, the gallery embodies a vision of spaces that are layered, emotive, and timeless.

Róisín Lafferty Gallery represents the natural evolution of a vision long nurtured by the Irish designer: a physical space that brings to life the atmospheres she has been creating for private and commercial clients. From the moment visitors step inside, they are enveloped in an experience that transcends aesthetics, engaging the senses and emotions alike. The gallery reflects Lafferty’s deeply layered design language, offering an intimate understanding of the ethos that defines her practice.

Conceived as a collectible design gallery and creative hub, the space brings together furniture, lighting, and artwork chosen for their beauty, quality, and singularity. Curated entirely by Róisín, the gallery embraces a residential spirit, inviting pieces from different eras and disciplines to coexist in harmony. Art, lighting, interiors, and furniture converge in a setting that feels lived-in and emotive, echoing the designer’s belief that the most compelling spaces are those layered over time.
The gallery is also the first physical showcase of Róisín Lafferty’s own furniture and lighting collections, developed over several years. Designed as timeless objects rather than trend-led statements, these pieces are sculptural elements in their own right, defined by meticulous craftsmanship and refined detailing.
My key challenge to myself was to design pieces that are timeless and not trend led, that I will want to use time and again and that are truly beautiful in their own right, to be used by other people across the world.

The gallery presents a curated selection of furniture, lighting, and decorative objects handcrafted by Artemest’s Italian artisans. Each creation reflects exceptional skill, attention to detail, and the enduring elegance of traditional Italian craftsmanship, harmoniously aligned with Lafferty’s design vision.
Rare vintage treasures, sourced in collaboration with Domhnall O Gairbhí, anchor the gallery with history and character. Each one-of-a-kind piece, from Zalszupin to Lalanne and Eileen Gray, is replaced once sold, ensuring a constantly evolving environment that inspires discovery at every visit.
