Armchair in Curved Wood 1957 by Carlo De Carli

This armchair features a sinuous frame that cradles the comfortable seat and back cushions for ultimate comfort and style. This exquisite piece was originally designed in 1957 by master designer Carlo De Carli. In 2011 it was presented by La Permanente Mobili Cantù in celebration of the designer's 100th birthday. The flexible multi-layer ash wood structure forming the seat, legs, and armrests is the support for the soft cushion in polyurethane foam wrapped in soft leather, which curves to fit the contours of the body.
