Globo Luna Table Lamp

This exquisite piece of functional art is a modern addition to any home and will adorn an entryway or a living room with its striking geometries. The borosilicate sphere was mouth-blown and is pierced with a brass stick that ends in a black leather loop that allows the piece to be hung as well. In this case it is just resting on a horizontal surface, the sphere will be supported by the brass and walnut wood ring. The brass is brushed with a wax coating to slow down the natural oxidation process, thus creating an alluring finish that ages gracefully over time.
