Dolomitisch is an art-design studio based in Bolzano, in the heart of the magnificent Dolomites of South Tyrol, where woodworking is part of a centuries-old tradition. This artisan culture, built on precision and respect for the material, now meets advanced digital tools and an international design vision: the result is essential, exclusive topographic furniture, Made in Italy.

Choose any mountain in the world: Dolomitisch retrieves elevation data from satellites and transforms it into an ultra-high-definition 3D model. From there, it recreates that landscape in the piece of furniture you prefer (coffee table, console, bench or other), in the wood you choose and with the desired finishes.

It is a bespoke service: you name the peak, Dolomitisch brings it into your home.

Technology is at the core of the process and makes the outcome immediately tangible. Surfaces are “read” from space: the reliefs are reconstructed from satellite data and dedicated 3D analyses, then carved into solid wood using CNC machines.
The work reaches accuracy down to a tenth of a millimeter: ridges, gullies and valleys are not a simple drawing, but a real micro-topography you can feel under your fingertips.

The finishing is done by hand, as in high craftsmanship: sanding, assembly, varnishing and final inspection complete each piece, ensuring an impeccable surface and a one-of-a-kind object, designed to last and stand out.
