CON-FINI N.3 Painting

This superb piece was conceived and crafted by artist Alice Corbetta to establish a poetic association between the indented profile of coasts as seen in geographic maps and the one she imagines tracing the contours of our inner selves in our minds. Plaster is applied to the wooden panel and enriched with Armenian red bole and gold and brass leaf, subsequently oxidized using sulfur. It can also be arranged as a triptych, the other two pieces available in the Artemest catalog. Delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
