Funghi#29-2024 Sculpture

These ceramic sculptures are crafted from individually fired elements, each considered independently before being perfectly matched. The pieces are stacked on an iron base for ideal balance. Entirely hand-built and decorated, each piece is truly unique. Inspired by "fungi," they evoke childhood memories and celebrate nature's imperfections—crooked stems, bubbled surfaces, and scratches—transforming flaws into beauty. Since 2018, over 100 unique designs have been created, each one distinct.
