Gigantessa Wool Tapestry by Anna Galtarossa

A tapestry from the Collezione Arazzi d’Arte, created in collaboration with the Sardinian textile company Mariantonia Urru and the artist Anna Galtarossa. This piece features a portrait inspired by a sculpture of a lady-giant living inside a pink volcano, woven to evoke a dreamlike landscape inhabited by mythical creatures and mechanical architecture. Crafted using the traditional "pibiones" techniques with locally sourced wool, it melds cultural heritage with contemporary artistic expression.
