L'Equilibrio Black Hand-Scratched Resin Sculpture

Balance is not stillness, but harmony between opposing forces. L'Equilibrio depicts a male figure captured in a dynamic and harmonious pose. The body performs a wide twist: one hand remains firmly resting on the ground, while the opposite arm reaches upward, followed by the gaze. The solidity of the lower body thus meets the vertical impulse of the gesture, creating a composition charged with energy and tension, yet visually stable. The sculpture symbolizes the search for a point of harmony between complementary dimensions: stability and change, concreteness and aspiration, strength and lightness. The balance it portrays is not a static condition but a continuous achievement, one that arises from the ability to embrace different forces and transform them into conscious movement. Made on a resin base and finished entirely by hand in Italy by master artisans. After painting, the surface is scratched by hand to create nuances, chromatic variations, and reflections that enhance the volumes of the piece. The artisanal craftsmanship makes every example unique, with slight differences that testify to its authenticity. At the end of the process, a protective transparent varnish is applied, designed to preserve the finish and maintain its aesthetic appearance over time. Each piece presents slight variations and is to be considered unique.
