Mosaic Jewelry Box

This splendid jewelry box with lid is crafted using traditional methods combined with a decorative technique developed by Sambuco resulting in a dynamic, mosaic-like decoration. By hand etching the piece and decorating it as if it were made of tiles, the craftsmen at Sambuco create stunning floral motifs that blur the lines with to abstract patterns. The details are hand painted in pure gold and subsequently set with a third firing in a kiln. This versatile work of art can be cherished in any room in the house or gifted for a special occasion.
