Parmenide Fossil Oak Dining Table
Description
The C14 carbon test dates back the wood to 771-236 b.C. Only this table has been obtained from the trunk,
and this makes this piece to be the only one. To attest its authenticity the age of the wood is engraved on a
small element inserted in the tabletop and a certificate will accompany the table. This table is made using
two slabs of fossil oak joined using transparent resin. The wood’s color has been beautifully modified by the
passage of time. We protect the wood with a special finish that doesn’t alter the original colors.
