Artist Angelo Salemi encapsulated in this ceramic sculpture the agony of bad thoughts filling our minds. Masterfully handcrafted and glazed in a sumptuous mix of red, yellow, and deep blue, the sculpture is shaped like half of a human head, its brain exposed and a little human figurine crouched against the cheek, lost in thought. It is an artisan, entirely unique objet d'art.

Lombardia, Italy | Ceramist
Artist and painter Lithian Ricci was born in Rome and now lives between Milan and Istanbul. After graduating in architecture, she began her career as a painter with various exhibitions in Italy and around the world. These complex processes come from ancient Italian traditions that lead to the creation of porcelain plates, cups, vases and objects that are all hand-painted.Discover more
