The Project Runway rug from Tapistelar's Lines collection features a modern minimalist design with an industrial elegance. This handcrafted piece combines traditional hand-weaving techniques with a contemporary aesthetic, offering a sculptural element for interior spaces. The rug's details are presented in a palette of white, sand beige, dark green, and copper, and it is included a non-slip under-layer to ensure secure and safe placement. Each rug is handwoven to order on a manual loom, combining fique (Furcraea andina) — a natural fibre from the Colombian highlands — with threads of copper, brass or stainless steel. Slight variations in colour and texture are inherent to the process and make every piece one of a kind.
