Tatiana Reclaimed Wood Sculpture

Tatiana is a one-of-a-kind sculpture handcrafted from a single piece of reclaimed wood. Pietro Arnoldi initially shaped the figure using a chainsaw, then refined and sanded the surface by hand. The slender female form is constructed through subtle changes in thickness and direction: a small rounded head, an angular upper body, a wider central volume, and a long tapered lower section that opens slightly at the base. As the sculpture is viewed from different angles, its profile shifts from a fuller human figure to an almost linear silhouette. The work is mounted on a black wooden base. This product is a unique piece.
