NDP29 Tapestry by Nathalie Du Pasquier - Post Design

This wool carpet was entirely hand made by master artisans in Nepal. Using traditional techniques, these artisans participated in the making of every step of production: from the harvesting and spinning of the wool, to the dying and hand-knotting preparation of this carpet. The modern decorative pattern and vivid, warm colors that brighten its surface meet with the ancient methods of preparation of this piece, making it a one-of-a-kind decorative object that is part of a limited series of 36 items designed and signed by Nathalie Du Pasquier.
