Made with care, made as beautifully as possible.
Who/what has inspired your work and style the most?
Travel has been a constant inspiration for us both. In terms of design idols, the work of Renzo Mongiardino and Tony Duquette (with whom Andrew collaborated for over twenty years) were dominant. For me, it was Charles Pfister, Anthony Hail, and Hubert de Givenchy.

Without fine craftsmanship, beautiful materials and great design are wasted. There is no substitute for exquisite craftsmanship.

We are first and foremost designers, not editors. So we create much of what gives our projects distinction. We strive to craft interiors and furnishings that have a fresh, artistic point of view and to create original rooms with enduring style.
Glamour. Whether we are talking about a beach house or a penthouse, great rooms must be glamorous.
What is your idea of the “ultimate luxury”?
Surrounding yourself with the finest quality, from the carpet underfoot to the cashmere blanket on the sofa. And having the restraint to not over do it.
