In 1693, the building was rebuilt after the earthquake that destroyed most of Ragusa Iblea and started an extraordinary architectural reconstruction process in pure Baroque style. The elegant façade of the Palazzo, its inner courtyard with the spectacular staircase in pitchstone and neoclassical railings, the large arched door with the family crest and the ancient stables convey the unmatched heritage of the place.

Inside the hotel, the recovery brought back to life one-of-a-kind frescoes, elegant architectural details and floors restored by highly skilled artisans, and today coexist with the contemporary touches of furniture and décor in an elegant and vibrant balance.
