The small Barberini cabinet is entirely handcrafted in solid wood. The frame features a hand-painted black finish achieved through rich layers of hand-applied pigments and antiquing techniques drawn from 17th-century Venetian tradition, creating remarkable depth and a softly aged character. The defining decorative element is an elegant hand-painted growing white leaf motif, flowing organically across the drawers, doors, and side panels - inspired by climbing botanical forms and the ornamental decoration of historic Venetian palazzi. Each leaf and stem is individually painted by hand, making every piece a unique work of decorative art. The cabinet offers two upper drawers and a spacious cupboard behind double doors, combining generous storage with a compact footprint.
