Brass Bed Frame 1962 by Carlo De Carli

Brass Bed Frame 1962 by Carlo De Carli - La Permanente Mobili Cantù

This bed frame of exquisite quality was created by Italian master designer Carlo De Carli in 1962 and was revived in 2011, paying homage to the 100th birthday of the designer. Both the headboard and foot board of this unique bed were crafted using a combination of tubes and solid rods of polished brass with a golden finish, both extending downwards to the ground, forming the legs. Their sinuous shapes and their luxurious luster contrast perfectly with the rectangular frame of the bed, crafted in multi-layer poplar covered in rosewood. Bed slats, mattress and cushions are not included.
