Like all Tabula creations, this spectacular table is a one-off, showcasing a top composed of two planks made of 600-year-old elm fossil wood from a trunk aged 60-70 years from the bed of the Sava River in the Balkans. The grey-green color with pearly shades results from the slow process of fossilization of the wood, blending with the original veins to create the unique and timeless surface. Showcased by an iron block pedestal with a clear finish, the natural signs of aging are maintained intact with resin inserts and the surface is highlighted by a wax oil coating.
