Designed by Nathalie Du Pasquier in 1985, this hand-knotted rug boasts a dynamic array of playful patterns and vibrant colors that collide to form a bold visual statement piece. The square shape features a double border in blue and green that frames a post-modernist inspired composition with a mirrored design with cheetah-pattern panels along the four sides accompanied by a series of three small green-black squares and a central purple-red amorphous shape that unites the composition. This rug is a limited edition of only 36 pieces. Handmade by craftsmen in Yum technique. Materialism Collection.
