Galtaji-Monkey Temple Dinner Plate N. 2

$110

DESCRIPTION

Superbly crafted and elegantly colored, this porcelain plate will create a striking effect in both modern and classic tableware collections. Part of a series introduced at Maison&Objet 2019, the plate's rim is adorned with a luxuriant forest rendered in negative with stunning blue and green shades. This unique decoration is juxtaposed by a central scene in which two monkeys survey the edges of an exotic land. Exquisitely tinted with soft sepia tones, this scene inspired the name of the collection, Galtaji-Monkey Temple, hinting at the magnificent Hindu landmark.
