This stunning chair is the all-black version of the Gemma Black and White Chair. A superb addition to a modern or classic home, this piece is versatile and elegant and will make a statement around a dining table, in a study or in the entryway. Its solid beechwood structure is highlighted by a backrest with a scalloped bottom. The color of the non-removable cover of seat and back match the dark stain, creating a monochromatic effect, broken only by the contrasting stitching around the perimeter of the cushions (which are in polyurethane with polyester fiber and elastic supports.)

I Borbone Capodimonte
Campania, Italy | Ceramist
A true passion for the craft is behind the unique lines and aesthetic of the ceramics by I Borbone di Capodimonte. Capodimonte is a hill in the heart of Naples where, in 1739, King Charles II founded the Royal Ceramics Factory beside his palace. Today the workshop is lead by Antonio Fullin Mollica, who followed the footsteps of his father and grandfather. The uniqueness and perfection of Capodimonte's creations have also been proved by auctions at Sotheby's and Christie's.Discover more
