Graffito Vase - Ceramiche Lega di Martina Scarpa

An effortless balance of modernity and tradition, this superb ceramic vase from "The Sixties" Collection showcases a cylindrical body with a tapered neck and plinth base decorated with a graphic motif on a black background. The rich color pigments of the intersecting cobalt-blue, yellow, red, and ivory lines are obtained from cobalt, silver nitrate and glass-ceramic frits that vitrify during the final firing at 950°C. The glossy finish enhances the exquisite texture of this splendid vase, enlivening any interior, as a standalone piece or arranged with others by the same designer.
