This intriguing iron and brass sculpture is made using the "damascening" inlay technique. Its standout element is an armillary sphere at the top composed of concentric rings in multiples of three that represent the primary circles: poles, ecliptic, equator, meridians, and parallels. This mesmerizing piece is supported by a sinuous vase-like element adorned with a myriad of rings and rests on a base of concentric rings forming a square. Sophisticated and unique, this one-of-a-kind sculpture features a mechanism at its center that allows the rotation of the structure on top.
