Masterfully hand-painted design inspired by the Chinese tradition, this set of plates was created by Richard Ginori of Mondovì in the 1920s. The inside features a sepia willow pattern surrounded by pink and sepia drawings of Puerto Rican amulets from the 1905 volume "Les Bizarreries des Races Humaines". A bold fringed rim in blue-green cretes a striking contrast.
