Laghi Small Squared Orange Serving Plate by Roberto Monte

Striking and modern, this serving plate is designed by Roberto Monte and it evokes the surface and color of a land-locked lake. The square silhouette is hand-molded using lava stone and adorned by hand with lead-free orange enamels. The piece is fired, submerged in castor oil, and subsequently washed at 70 degrees to remove the excess oil to create a waterproof coating and smooth feel.
