The Livia chair is part of a 1937 bespoke collection designed by Giò Ponti for the "Livianum" (from which it takes its name) at the University of Padua. This timeless design was reissued in 2005 by L'Abbate with a solid beechwood frame, tapered legs, a wide plywood seat and an open backrest in a wide range of colors (here in forest green with lacquered finish) that can be mixed and matched to complement any interior, both residential and commercial.
