Designed by Vico Magistretti in 2003, this armchair combines the warmth of wood rendered by one of the best architects of contemporary design with timeless allure. Vaguely inspired by Chinese seats, this piece is distinctive for Magistretti's refined touch. The structure is made of solid beechwood with elements curved with the historic Viennese steam method. The seat is a single sheet of ply-beechwood that curves sinuously to create the center of the backrest.
