Set of 48 Tiles Rosone Campanella

Part of the Rosoni collection, this striking set is composed of 48 tiles (surface: 120 x 160 cm), each measuring 20 x 20 cm in handmade cotto, with a central hand-made decoration on the "Bianco Vietri" glaze. The scene depicts a classic seaside landscape with fishermen hoisting their nets and is surrounded by a large scalloped frame with arabesques, shells and floral motifs. This cotto tile, known as "riggiola" is part of a celebrated tradition of the ancient Vietri ceramic art used to adorn the walls and floors of noble villas, churches and monasteries.
