Magnificent vase by the master glass blowers Mattia and Marco Salvadore. This leaf-shaped vase is entirely handcrafted in Murano using traditional Venetian techniques that allow the artisans to achieve this striped pattern of transparent purple and opaque orange recalling wood colors. The colored glass is blown when incandescent and is then worked in the furnace in order to achieve a veined texture that stresses the materiality of the object.
