In Japanese, “ki” represents the energy found in every element. Mario Bellini takes inspiration from this concept for his refined and modern collection of chairs. Each piece is sinuous and lightweight, boasting an open-pore finish, and internally enriched with polyurethane foam. The back is embellished with an embossed decoration reminiscent of the diamond pattern typical of a stitched fabric upholstery. An ergonomic and simple design, the plywood back and seat of these chairs rest on solid walnut wood legs.
