Sound Sculpture

A magnificent sculpture that uniquely interprets the concept of sound, making it into a tangible work of art, this piece was made of stoneware fired at high temperature with a white ceramic "ingobbio" slip. The surface of the piece and its interior are adorned with precious Japanese decal boasting different charming patterns in blue and red over the white ceramic slip background. Comprising four separate parts connected using iron wire, this stunning sculpture was fired five times, including one specifically for the pure gold accents that further embellish the piece.
