Piatto Unico

Stella Marina Vintage Ceramic Bowl

An illustration from a mid-20th-century Italian edition of David Copperfield, the famous novel by Charles Dickens, is the protagonist of this ceramic bowl. The piece was made before 1938 by Galvani di Pordenone with a smooth white interior, white and turquoise checked pattern with a relief motif on the outside. As all ceramics from Piatto Unico predate the 1970s, defects, wear, and tear are to be expected and add to the original value of the plate.
