Stone Round Dining Table - Main view
Customizable

This sublime piece of decor pays tribute to Japan's artistic Suiseki tradition of water-shaped stone. The table's stunning base features 5 elements carved and finished by hand from a single block of Crystal Stone®, a unique alabaster quarried exclusively in Montebello (Emilia Romagna). The translucent stones are finished in (starting from the bottom) glazed black onyx, briarwood, pearl white, tobacco, and pearl grey, the stone's natural color. A round, crystal glass top displays in full view the crystalline sparkles of this exceptional piece of master craftsmanship and design.

Lamps that move in equilibrium between light and matter

Founded in 2013, by Massimo Tonetto and Melissa Lunardi, Venicem manufactures lamps and furnishings that result from an incessant stylistic research. A unique design vision that develops through a profound dialogue between primary shapes and matter.
Venicem’s headquarters are located in a place where natural elements are combined with a noble tradition of high quality craftsmanship. Influenced by its proximity to Venice, the company translates the richness of the surrounding territory into experimenting with materials, processes and designs, in order to realise lighting and furnishing projects.
Balance is essential in the transformation of material into finished products. Each material possesses peculiarities that must be understood, indulged and challenged. In the careful hands of experts, lamps and furnishings acquire traits and irregularities, regarding which investigation into the processes that give shape to the matter is necessary.
Beauty is hidden in change. The virtues of raw materials, the experimentation with shapes and volumes, and the transformation of surfaces reveal a timeless design. The peculiarities of the materials are highlighted by manual processing and are translated into the stylistic essentiality of Venicem’s collections.
